I love Kate Spade ads because they seem to tell a story with the images. You can invent the whole life of the people who appear in them (note that I didn't say "models", as they look more human). Let's have fun with some Kate ads.

ReplyDeleteLas fotos de hoy son hermosas, y las verdad es que si, es un placer ver fotos que despiertan en una emociones, que recrean historias, que la modifican. En cuanto al tema de The Oc, yo la vi mientras la pasaba y creia exactamente lo mismo, Mischa es hermosa, nadie lo niega, pero el papel de sufrida constante que hacia me ponia nerviosa! En cambio Summer tiene mucha más personalidad y su personaje es m''as definido, y Seth es la cosa mas dulce (odio que se hayan separado en la vida real!) viste la escena del beso como en spiderman? la amoo!
Y finalmente, me mandarías que personaje soy? jajaj yo también me envición con Gossip y con Pushing Daisis
Las preguntas:
1. Le pido desesperadamente ropa prestada a alguna amiga o a mi hermana
2. Primero hablaría con él, y si el no quiere decir la verdad y decsdirse de una vez si se lo contaría, no le podría ocultar algo así auna amiga
3. Cuando veo que no esta hablando le diría, disculpe, puedo...?

the once with the couple standing in the doorway kind of reminds me of sofia c and thomas mars a few years down the line.

I always thought Kate Spade's photo stories were quite interesting, certainly different from the regular old "Stand there and look gorgeous" kind of photos.

ReplyDeleteI had to laugh when I saw this post because every time I think of Kate Spade it has to do with knockoffs. I was at a flea market where a woman with a very strong accent(not sure her ethnic background) was selling Kate Spade knockoffs. The hilarious part was the label "Kata Spada". My friend and I laughed for hours over this. Everytime I make reference to her now I call her Kata Spata. But your captions with the pictures are great!
