I think that "Prêt-à-Porter" is the worst fashion film ever. I didn't know magazine editors slept with photographers to obtain exclusives. That's a thing Carine or Anna would never do. Or any good magazine editor, I think.

The first time I watched "Breakfast at Tiffany's" I hated it. Now it is one of my favourite films.
I have watched Sofia's Marie Antoinette film seven times.
The first time I see the Prada collections, I don't like them. Several days later, I start to like them.
While I adore Sofia Coppola's films, I don't like very much how she dresses.
I don't like the shows of Chanel Haute Couture. However, I love the outfits on celebrities and on editorials.
I didn't like Kirsten Dunst at all until she appeared in Marie Antoinette. Now she's one of my favourite style icons and I love her films.
The first time I went to a fashion show it felt like a dream. A good one.
I bought a keffiyah and I have only worn it once.
I'm watching the O.C. this month for the first time. I absolutely love it! My favourite male character is Seth Cohen, and my favourite female character is Summer. Although I must say that I prefer Gossip Girl.
I prefer Liya Kebede to Naomi Campbell.

i've got a red palestine scarf since my dad went to arabia in 2000. and i bought a balck one after i saw domino (with keira) in 2005. i never wore them until 2007.
i only wear rayban aviators. vintage. one's were my mom's (green glass, gold frame) and other my dad's (all black).
whenever i wear leggins with boots, i wear tights underneath. they make my legs look thinner (they're not fat, but anyway)
i hate vouge usa. maybe because anna is my least favourite editor. but i'd rather read the japan issue, i swear! haha
i guess that's about all, i feel kinnda embarassed, but well.. everyone has secrets!

i also like cory kennedy! in fact, on my last party (i was really drunk) i looked exactly the same as her.
every time i go to a new city/country, first thing i pay attention to are how people wear and shops. and also first thing i pay attention when i meet someone new is their clothes.
i´ve seen Breakfast at Tiffany´s and Marie Antoinette at last 5 times each.
i like catwalks but i preffer looking at magazines, editorials, street style, blogs...
i´m waiting for the sex in the city movie.
i love my YSL lipgloss, wearing heels, Zara and Camden town in London.
and i like some Kate Moss´ outfits but i don´t really like her so much, i have other prferred fashion icons.
and I almost always wear a band on my hair, i love the hippy and rock style.
I rather buy something from Zara/Mango/H&M... than a fake, but i have a second hand Dior bag which looks like one and i´ve bought a copy of Luella´s flower skirt from H&M (but is because it looks really nice with my leather jacket!)
going shopping is my favourite sport. There´s nothing like the feeling of find something that you really love half price, but in fact i hate sales.
i tried to have my own fashion blog but it didn´r worked....mayeb next time.

ReplyDeleteI find Kate Moss incredibly boring, Leigh Lezark robotic and lifeless, and Agyness Deyn completely overrated.
I am not into fashion, I am only into clothes and looks. It is about style. Not about names.
I prefer the OC. Gossip Girl is quite overrated style-wise. I think Blake Lively is less than average, and compared to Rachel Bilson, Leighton Meester just does not have that certain something.
I am not into vintage. I do not thrift. And I despise eBay horrendously.
I l.o.v.e. H&M!!! H&M prices are my reference point for comparisons.

Yo asi a primera vista te digo que: mi bolso más deseado es el 2.55 de Chanel, mis perfumes favoritos casi siempre son de Dior,me gusta el estilo de Rachel Bilson y Kirsten Dunst pero no mucho sus peliculas, el 30 de mayo de 2008 es mi fecha más esperada (después de mi boda) y acabo de engancharme a Gossip Girl (aun estoy en la primera temporada) y me encanta!

ReplyDelete-Odio a Agyness Deyn, lo siento, es así, me parece una hortera con demasiada publicidad.
-Sigo con las wayfarer, me da igual lo que digan los demás.
-Nunca me gusta Prada a la primera. Al final, termina siendo mi colección favorita.
-Hay películas de las que sólo recuerdo el estilismo de la protagonista, e incluso me aprendo de memoria todo lo que lleva.
-Amo tanto el 2.55 que estoy pensando seriamente endeudarme para tener uno (aunque signifique no comprar nada más en un año)
-Lloré cuando murió Gianfranco Ferré y cada vez que me pongo un bolso que tengo suyo, me acuerdo.
-Tengo una lista de prendas it que no sé si tendré algún día pero que sueño con tener.

ReplyDeleteTengo varios pares de zapatos de taco invertido de Marc Jacobs y los uso todo el tiempo y para cualquier cosa, ademas de tener vestidos de Balenciaga SS08, Marc Jacobs y la falda de hadas de Prada.
Ademas me resulta un poco incomodo no usar tacos (mis amigos dicen que es patetico).
Y tambien soy adicta a Miss at la Playa!
